Kima Ryland is a legal consultant, specialising in commercial and corporate law. She advises on a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and venture capital investments. Ms. Ryland has acted as a senior consultant for many leading international clients, including Microsoft where she advised as one of the most senior points of legal escalation.
Prior to becoming an independent legal consultant, Kima Ryland worked as a corporate assistant at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she received awards for her work for clients in the financial services and technology sectors such as SoftBank and Cherokee Inc.
Ms. Ryland graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science, reading Law in 2012. She then completed the Legal Practice Course in 2013, subsequently receiving an LL.B. from the University of Law, London.
